Climate Action Planning

Give Comments on the Comprehensive Climate Action Plan

The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) and the City of Cleveland's Office of Sustainability and Climate Justice is now accepting feedback and public comments for the Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP). All interested parties are invited to submit their input on the plan through August 31.

The Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP) for the Cleveland-Elyria Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) includes a discussion of how the climate is already changing and the expected changes through 2050; a review of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by sector and the measures the MSA can take to lower those emissions by 2050; a plan to help communities across the MSA implement these measures; and additional technical appendices.
